SERVICE
After you complete your company profile and are ready to raise capital from our Venture Capital and Angel Investors network, you can activate your company profile. If you want 500i.com to present your business idea to its venture Capital the fee will be US$39 for the initial 12 month listing. Business profiles are showcased to the Investors within our corporate finance network.

This site is owned and operated by 500i.com Limited handling under its trade name www.500i.com. References in these terms and conditions to "500i.com" (or "we" "us" or "our") refer to the company operating the Site. As a user, you may be able to access material on some areas of the Site without going through the registration process. Certain areas of the Site are only open to you if you register. 500i.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate any access and use of the Site at any time for any reason. 500i.com obtains content from a number of sources and given the nature of electronic didtribution via the internet, 500i.com does not give any warranties in respect of the Site, Content, software or services available through the Site. Also, 500i.com does not provide any warranty against infringement or of title or quiet enjoyment and makes no express warranties. 500i.com does not accept any liability for any costs, losses ordamages resulting from, or related to, the availability or content of the Site Services to persons in jurisdictions outside Sweden or to persons who are nominees of any trustees for citizens, resident or nationals of other countries. These Terms shall be governed by, and construed in accordonance with, Swedish law. You and 500i.com irrevocably agree that the courts of Sweden shall (subject to the paragraph below) have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute which may arise out of, under, or in connection with these Terms or the legal relationship established by them, and for those purposes irrevocable submit all disutes to bring proceedings as to the substance of the matter in the courts of the country of your residence or, where these Terms are entered into the course of your trade or profession, the country of your principal place of business.
